Task 1: What is social media?

Or to Quote The Cambridge English Dictonary- forms of media that allow people to communicate and share information using the internet or mobile phones:

Blogs, podcasts and other forms of social media are creating new opportunities for entrepreneurs to reach the public.

Kind of long winded aren't they~

Social media is just human interaction threw online recourse, communication that is digital. Using Phones and computers and sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Blogger even silly sites like TicTok and Kik. To express ourselves and let the big wide world know what we are doing, what we personally love or loath. Social Media brings humanity together dispute the gap of physical distance.
